To provide our high-performance adaptive habit tracking and cohort verification features, we collect several categories of information from you:

• Account Credentials: Personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, and unique username created during registration.
• Profile Details: Profile picture/avatar settings, geographic location (country and city) provided voluntarily during onboarding to place you in local leaderboards.
• Habit & Progress Data: Your logged progress logs, completion statistics, scores, consistency history, and current weight metrics.
• Verification Proofs: Image uploads (e.g., photo proofs of physical activity) and voice logs/recordings uploaded by you to verify task completions.
• Device Information: General metadata about your device hardware, operating system version, and internet connection state to run our local offline caches and notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information to deliver, personalize, and improve our services, including:

• Adaptive AI Protocols: Customizing your daily habit targets using machine learning models (Google Gemini API) to match your physical energy levels.
• Leaderboards & Cohorts: Displaying your username, reputation score, and level badge on global, country-specific, and city-specific standings.
• Task Verification: Processing and analyzing the voice logs and photo proofs you submit to verify task completions.
• Account Management: Managing user login credentials, verifying subscriptions (via Razorpay), and restoring premium access states.
• Offline Sync: Monitoring your connectivity status to synchronize local cached logs with Supabase databases when you return online.

3. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following scenarios:

• To the Brotherhood (Other Users): Your username, display name, level status, reputation scores, and logged progress updates are visible to other users on the leaderboards and activity feed.
• Supabase Database: Our primary database partner. All profile records, habit lists, and progress logs are securely stored in Supabase, protected by secure Row-Level Security (RLS) rules.
• Google Gemini API: We pass anonymized habit profiles and physical readiness scores to Gemini to sculpt your adaptive daily protocols. No account credentials or emails are passed.
• Razorpay Payments: For validating premium memberships. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Storage, Security, & Retention

We employ administrative, physical, and technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All database transmissions are encrypted via SSL, and user databases are guarded by strict Supabase RLS policies.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can delete your account and clear your logs at any time.

5. User Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, correct, or delete your personal information. If you wish to delete your account, you can request full account deletion by navigating to your Profile settings or contacting our support team directly. Upon request, all profile details, tasks, habits, and uploaded media associated with your account will be permanently erased from our databases within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that a minor under 18 has registered or provided personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete their account and data.
